With over 20 years experience selling homes in this area, working for some of the biggest agents and helping many many people move, I felt it was time to set up my own business with a focus on the customer rather than the agent.

I have a huge passion for property in the Bourne and Stamford area and a drive for helping my clients move home. How am I different from other local agents?

For me this isn’t business, its personal. I offer a true 1 to 1 service, from your initial enquiry through to completion its me you will be dealing with! I will meet you on your valuation, prepare your details to market, monitor your properties performance online, handle enquiries, conduct viewings, give you full and timely feedback, negotiate offers on your behalf and deal with solicitors to see you right through to the day you complete and hand over keys.

Its also not about numbers for me, quality over quantity is important so that I can give my clients the service they are paying for rather than the service the agent can fit in to his otherwise busy day!

Local knowledge is also vitally important, I live in Langtoft and have worked in estate agency in Bourne for over 7 years and in the surrounding area for 20! I know what this town and locality has to offer and am best placed to sell the area and your home to clients that my be from far and wide.
